Pilot proposal

Five parents.
Fifteen videos.
Yours forever.

A content pilot for Meevee, built around the three parents you already know you are talking to.

01 What we heard

Three goals, one batch of content.

You said something on the call that stuck with us: content is not where your strength is. Honestly, it should not have to be. You two are building the product and running a raise. So this plan asks almost nothing of you, and serves all three of your goals at once.

01

User acquisition

Instagram ads got clicks and no conversions. The problem was not targeting. Content that looks like an ad gets treated like an ad, and you spotted that yourselves. We hand you fifteen pieces that do not look like ads, then you back the ones that earn it.

02

Brand and social presence

Your deck tells the whole parent journey and it lands. Almost none of that story is on your channels yet. Fifteen videos is enough to post properly for weeks instead of rationing one asset at a time.

03

Funding and investors

A deck with real parents in it reads differently to a deck with mockups in it. The video that runs as an ad on Monday goes into the raise on Tuesday at no extra cost, because it is yours.

02 Your product, in your words

You did not build a library.
You built an ending.

Mookee says what is coming next, the child tucks Mookee in, the light goes off. No fight, no prying the iPad out of small hands. And the real magic: the child learns to do this on their own. Meevee does not lock the screen, it teaches a young mind how to stop. That is what the scripts lead with. Not the catalogue, not the AI, not the price.

03 Your personas, our angles

We are not writing to "parents". We are writing to your three.

Every parent films the same first video: a walk through the whole app, start to finish. Then two more each, about the problem they know best and how Meevee ends it.

The Conscientious Mom

2 creators · 6 videos

Her pain, in your words

Deep guilt over device usage. Notices behavioural meltdowns from fast, high stimulation cartoons. Leans on pediatric blogs and child development experts.

Her three videos

"I stopped being the bad guy at 6pm."

One app walkthrough. Then two videos from her sofa: the tantrum when the screen goes off, gone since the wind down. And the junk videos swapped for shows that actually help her kid grow, backed by brain science.

  • App walkthrough
  • Tantrums, ended
  • Shows that teach

The Nerdy Dad

1 creator · 3 videos

His pain, in your words

Cynical of Big Tech. Predatory dark patterns, microtransactions and algorithmic rabbit holes. Controls all household device and privacy rules.

His three videos

"I went looking for the catch."

One app walkthrough. Then two videos where he checks the app himself, on camera. No ads. No junk. And after every session, his phone tells him what his kid watched and what his kid learned. He looks for a problem and cannot find one.

  • App walkthrough
  • No ads, no junk
  • He knows what they learned

The Stressed Single Parent

2 creators · 6 videos

Their pain, in your words

Chronically time starved, managing work calls and the household solo. High anxiety leaving a toddler alone with a tablet.

Their three videos

"Twenty five minutes I can actually trust."

One app walkthrough. Then two videos filmed in the middle of real life: the work call taken in peace, and coming back to a calm kid who switched off on their own. Nobody had to take anything away.

04 The four brands you sent us

All four are already doing this.

Count the last thirty posts on any of them. Somewhere between 70 and 90 percent is a real person in a real room. Every one of these brands sells something a person must trust before they will pay, and every one of them got there the same way, independently.

Headspace

Sells calm. Invisible, clinical, easy to doubt.

Why it wins: it handed the microphone to members. Real people describing their own anxiety, never the app describing its features.

We take: permission, not instruction. Open on relief, not a problem to fix.

Lovevery

Sells expensive play kits to anxious new parents.

Why it wins: developmental credibility plus a parent on the living room floor actually using it. Science earns the attention, the parent earns the sale.

We take: substance carried lightly. Parents repeat the reasoning, not the claim.

extra.email

Sells a habit change, which nobody asks for.

Why it wins: voice. Dry, funny, unmistakably written by a person. It earns attention before it asks for anything.

We take: warm and still sharp. This is where the Nerdy Dad scripts live.

Yoto Play

Sells screen-free audio to parents who feel guilty about screens.

Why it wins: closest to you. Kids shown in real homes, never performing, and the parent's relief is the actual product.

We take: colour used with total confidence, and never a staged child.

Trust does not transfer from a brand. It transfers from a peer. You already sensed this, which is why your own creator test felt right and your Instagram ads did not.

05 The pilot · 5 creators · 3 videos each

First job: show people the app.

Here is the gap we see. Your product is your best salesperson, and nobody can see it. The learning for the kids, the updates you send parents, the calm goodbye at the end. None of that is on your channels yet. So every creator's first video is a full walkthrough of the app, through their own family's day. The other two show a real problem, and how Meevee ends it.

Stressed Single Parent262 app walkthroughs. Then: working in peace while the kids watch something good, and a kid who switches off by themselves when it ends.
Total, one month5155 app walkthroughs + 10 problem-and-fix videos.

Three real families on your site today. Five more parents is the start of something better than proof: a community of families telling this story with you. Every creator is a real parent, cast in the US and Canada to match your licensing.

Why a parent, not an influencer. An influencer campaign borrows someone else's audience for a week. This buys assets you keep forever. Our creators never post to their own accounts, so nothing gets flagged as a duplicate repost. We can also shoot parent-focused so no children's faces appear, which keeps you clean on US rules.

06 How the month runs

You approve. We do the rest.

Two founders raising a round should not be managing an email thread about where a script is. It all happens in one dashboard, and your job in it is to say yes or ask for a change.

01

Intake

A ten minute form. Your personas slide already answers half of it.

02

Strategy and scripts

Category research, creator personas and angles. Fifteen scripts to edit or approve, line by line, before anything is filmed.

03

Production

Real parents film to brief. We handle casting, direction, editing and post.

04

Approve and launch

Watch, approve or request a revision, then track what you have posted.

A child holding a tablet running Meevee

First batch lands within 7 business days of the kickoff call. Every batch after that runs on a 72 hour cycle.

And we do not clock out at fifteen videos. Founder story, show teasers, what to post and when: bring us any content question, any time. Thinking together is part of how we work.

08 The part that matters most

Buy it once.
Use it forever.

This is the clause most people get wrong when they buy creator content, and it is the whole reason $4,999 is not really $4,999. You are not renting fifteen videos for a month. You are buying fifteen permanent assets.

Let's build this together

We are founders too.

We know exactly how this stage feels. The product, the raise, and the channels that all need feeding at once. That is why we work the way we do: not a vendor you brief, a thinking partner in your corner. The community content is ours to carry. The rest, founder story, brand, what to post when, we figure out together.

Your community, carried by us

Real parents, telling this story with you

Casting, scripts, production, revisions, all on us. You approve, post, and stay on the product and the raise.

We have done this before

5,000 to 40,000 in three months

Organic first at an AI startup, after stopping $20K a month of paid that converted nothing. Before that, 26 years across Unilever, L'Oréal, BMW, Google, TikTok and Booking.com. Acquisition and the raise, we know both rooms.

The part we care about most

The right side of history

A generation of kids who learn that screens can end well. That is a movement worth being part of, and we would be proud to help you build it.

Here's to better bedtimes, everywhere.
